As a personal passion project I have been working on a full, down to the studs renovation of a small 1983 beachside house in Capitola, California. The full project was handled by myself, including design, most of the execution as well as landscape design and the full landscaping.
The house was updated to the newest building codes, full energy efficient Warmboard floor heating, Lutron wireless lighting and very well insulated Marvin Modern windows throughout.
